Efficient Mobile Sink Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks Using Bipartite Graphs

Wireless sensor networks (W.S.N.s) are a critical research area with numerous practical applications. W.S.N.s utilized in real-life scenarios, including environmental monitoring, healthcare, industrial automation, smart homes, and agriculture. As advance become more sophisticated, they offer limitless opportunities for innovative solutions various fields. However, due to their unattended nature, it is essential develop strategies improve performance without draining the battery power of nodes, which most valuable resource. This paper proposes novel sink mobility model based on constructing bipartite graph from deployed wireless network. The proposed uses properties derive controlled mobile sink. result, stationary nodes will be visited planned reduce routing overhead enhance network’s performance. Using graph’s properties, node can visit an optimal way collect data transmit base station. We evaluated approach through simulations using NS-2 simulator investigate when adopting this model. Our results show that significantly while conserving energy nodes.
